Fun at Camp Meriwether included Lake Chamberlain, which included Swimming, Canoeing and Rowing merit badges; and the Mile Swim and Snorkeling BSA programs.
Troop 386
We are located in Hood River, Oregon, in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge. We are the troop of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Hood River Ward. Our troop is in the Mid-Columbia District of the Cascade Pacific Council.

We went to Scout Camp this past summer! We went to Camp Meriwether, on the Oregon Coast twenty miles south of Tillamook. We were there Aug. 14 through the 21. We had a lot of fun, and we earned a lot of merit badges, including Swimming, Oceanography, Wilderness Survival, Environmental Science, Archery, Geology, Soil and Water Conservation, Pioneering, Camping and Climbing. We had a lot of fun, and we're looking forward to next year, when we go to Camp Baldwin, up by Mount Hood.
